Why We Joined Ericsson’s EIAP Ecosystem

Over the past decade, network automation has become one of the most talked-about goals in telecom (and one of the hardest to realize).

That’s where Kenmei focuses its energy: helping operators move from what’s happening to what to do about it.

And that’s why we’ve joined the Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform (EIAP) Ecosystem.

What is EIAP?

The Ericsson Intelligent Automation Platform is a Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) framework that enables CSPs and third parties to build and deploy rApps for intelligent automation.

Think of EIAP as a trusted platform where operators can safely plug in automation tools, like an "App Store" for network intelligence.

And Ericsson makes sure the apps that run inside it are reliable, compatible, and built for scale.

If you’re an operator already using Ericsson infrastructure, this means you can adopt new automation capabilities faster, safer, and without reinventing your architecture.

What Kenmei Brings

Kenmei helps CSPs move from analysis to resolution by combining:

  • AI Agents that go beyond flagging issues. They recommend next steps, correlate across domains, and generate insights in plain language.
  • A Data Fabric that unifies OSS data and external inputs for better decision-making.

And now, with EIAP alignment, this all happens inside a trusted ecosystem, with no extra integrations needed.

Why This Matters

Joining the EIAP Ecosystem unlocks three key advantages for CSPs:

  • Speed – Deploy Kenmei tools faster with native compatibility
  • Scale – Use automation across multi-vendor, multi-RAT environments
  • Impact – Let engineers focus on solving strategic challenges, not sifting through alerts

From virtual drive testing to anomaly forecasting, Kenmei’s AI Agents are already helping CSPs operate smarter networks.

And now, they’re easier to access.
